At present, the company’s core products include thermal processes (such as diffusion, oxidation, and annealing, etc.) LPCVD、PECVD、ALD、 Laser and various supporting automation equipment. These products are primarily used in the research and production of high-efficiency photovoltaic cells and semiconductor discrete devices.
